Automation & Workflow

The work nobody should be doing by hand, stopped permanently.

What this is

We map how work actually moves through your business, find the steps a machine should own, and build them. Then we watch them run — because an automation nobody monitors is a liability wearing a productivity costume.

Included under this pillar

  • Workflow audits and process mapping
  • Zapier, Make and n8n build-outs
  • Custom scripted automation
  • Data entry and cleanup automation
  • Document generation pipelines
  • Email triage, routing and auto-response
  • Lead routing and CRM hygiene
  • Onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Scheduled reporting and digests
  • Cross-app sync
  • Scraping and monitoring

The process

How automation actually gets built.

How it is scoped

Scoped per workflow after the audit. The audit is a fixed fee and credited against the build.

Questions

Asked and answered.

What if it breaks at 2am?

Every automation ships with alerting and a documented manual fallback. You are never left with a silent failure.

Do we need a specific platform?

No. We pick per workflow — sometimes n8n, sometimes a scheduled script. Platform choice is justified, not defaulted.

How do you prove it worked?

The audit establishes a baseline in hours. The monthly report measures against it.
